Frequently asked questions

What types of files are supported?

The tool supports JPG and PNG images and PDFs with up to 3 pages. For documents between 4 and 999 pages, use the premium extraction service.

What languages can be extracted?

The language selector includes more than 20 OCR languages, including English, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic.

Is there a file size limit?

Yes. Each file must be 3 MB or smaller. For larger files, use the premium extraction service.

How do I process multiple files?

Why isn't my table being extracted properly?

Use a sharp image taken straight-on, with clear borders and consistent spacing. Cropping unrelated content and increasing contrast can also improve recognition.
